Terms & Conditions
- Entries close at 1pm on 3 September 2011. Late entries will not be eligible for the prize draw.
- The draw will take place at Rotorua Museum at 1.30pm, Saturday 3 September 2011.
- To be eligible to win the prize you must be present at Rotorua Museum for the prize draw.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash.
- Employees of Rotorua Museum may not enter.
- The prize winner must provide proper identification (eg driver’s licence, passport, birth certificate).
- By participating, entrants give Rotorua Museum permission to use their names and photographs for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
- The Winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies Rotorua Museum in respect of any claim for any accident, injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize.
- Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of the competition rules.
