Be a scientist and discover how geothermal activity is produced and why it occurs in the Rotorua region.

This hands-on session will have children testing, recording, comparing and analysing geothermal activity in and around Sulphur Point and Government Gardens.

This programme is one and half hours in duration and requires some pre teaching by the classroom teacher. (This pre visit teaching resource will be emailed once a booking is confirmed)
