Monday 28 August 2017, 4pm: Delivering artwork by courier
Friday 8 September 2017, 6.15pm: Official opening and awards (Sir Howard Morrison Performing Arts Centre)
Saturday 9 September - Friday 6 October 2017, 10am - 4pm: Finalists exhibition open to the public at Sir Howard Morrison Centre of Performing Arts
Sunday 10 September 2017, 10am - 2pm: Personal collection of artworks not selected for finalists exhibition, and not going into the Salon des Refusés exhibition
Thursday 14 September - Sunday 8 October 2017, Library opening hours: Salon des Refusés exhibition open to the public at Rotorua Library
Sunday 8 October 2017, 10am - 4pm: Collection of unsold works from the finalists exhibition

I agree to reproduction of the works in any publicity medium (including online) related to the awards and subsequent exhibitions. I have paid my entry fees for each work entered and understand that this entry fee is not refundable. I also understand that an extra $30 per work must be included with this entry for return freight, unless being personally uplifted.
