Emma LileyHEAD OF EDUCATION
Bachelor of Education, Diploma of Teaching.

New to the position in 2009, Emma grew up in Rotorua and has significant teaching experience in Primary Schools both in Rotorua and the United Kingdom. She has a passion for local Te Arawa history and New Zealand art. Emma has previous Rotorua Museum involvement through being an Education Reference Group member as well as a commitee member of Friends of the Rotorua Museum. She looks forward to meeting students and teachers from all over New Zealand and sharing her local knowledge with them.

George McLeodEDUCATION OFFFICER

George McLeod has been the Education Officer at Rotorua Museum since 2003. Prior to this he worked in Visitor Services at the museum. In his education career he has attained knowledge on the history of Rotorua as well as our local geology and culture which he enjoys sharing with students of all levels. George is of Te Arawa, Ngati Tuwharetoa and Ngaiterangi descent.
